1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal dislike after use.

• Natural variations in stones, color, or texture (as they occur in all authentic gemstones).

• Custom-made or personalized items.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product reaches us in original condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway fees or courier charges may be deducted.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for the same product value), our team will be happy to assist you, subject to product availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
